Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

With tags (if applicable)

Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

If your return request is approved, we will provide the return address along with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as DOGWAG is not responsible for lost return packages.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
