Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging

• With tags (if applicable)

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

If your return request is approved, we will provide the return address along with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as DOGWAG is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective

• The item is damaged

• You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Used pet products for hygiene and safety reasons

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.

By purchasing and using our products, customers acknowledge and agree that:

• No pet toy is completely indestructible

• Products should be used responsibly and under supervision

• Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their pet

DOGWAG is not responsible for any injuries, choking incidents, allergic reactions, illness, property damage, or death involving pets or persons related to the use or misuse of our products.

By using our products, customers voluntarily assume all risks and release DOGWAG from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from product use.
