An order is not considered accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.

Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

DOGWAG may sell products through third-party marketplaces and platforms, including but not limited to TikTok Shop.

When purchasing through TikTok Shop or any third-party marketplace:

Your purchase may be subject to the policies of both DOGWAG and the marketplace platform
Shipping times, fulfillment methods, and tracking may vary depending on the marketplace requirements and integrated fulfillment systems
Refunds, returns, and dispute handling may first be processed through the marketplace platform before being handled directly by DOGWAG

DOGWAG is not responsible for delays, errors, or policy decisions made by third-party platforms, including TikTok Shop.

In the event of a conflict between DOGWAG policies and a marketplace’s policies, the marketplace policies may take precedence for transactions completed on that platform.

Customers agree that any disputes initiated through TikTok Shop or other marketplaces must first follow that platform’s resolution process before escalating directly to DOGWAG.

All content on this site, including logos, text, images, graphics, and branding, is owned by DOGWAG or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
